1.General

- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to do commission live on stream.(Please inform me if the commissioned work needs to be temporarily kept secret so we can discuss.)
- I do not work on first come first serve.
- All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.

2.Payment

- All prices are in USD.
- Everything is paid through PayPal Invoice.
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. (at least a commission of 200 USD for half).
- Other payment plan can be discussed further.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3.Progess & delivery

- Check Commission for more detailed infomation about Process & Delivery.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 3 days - 4 weeks depending on factors such as type of commission, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and health. (If the commission takes longer, I will let you know).
- Please also let me know if you have a deadline for the model, or if you are planning debut/subathon events that you expect to have the model finished for! I can accommodate these requests as long as you let me know in advance.
- WARNING! I will give you lots of updates and ask lots of questions.

4. Revision

- Both minor and major revisions are generally free during the Sketch stage.
- Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. However, in cases where I am at fault, the revision will be free.

5. Copyright
& Usage

I, OmniOoman (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
- All preparation** materials, visuals, and sketches**, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of me, the artist.
You (the customer/ commissioner):
- You retain the rights to intellectual property (IP).
- You MUST credit me when using my work.
- You have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.) without further discussion about purchasing the commercial rights. (This excludes using Vtuber models on Twitch and Youtuber)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way without commercial rights.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- In some cases, the commercial rights to the product may be purchased.

5.Ex Licenses

Commercial License and Extended license can be purchased separately from the item at any time. The fee may change depend on commission type.

Personal use
By default, commissions are delivered for Personal use. The client is allowed to:
- Use any commissioned product on Twitch, YouTube for monetized content,
- Use any commissioned product on Social media platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc...
Without prior approval or an appropriate license purchase, the client is not allowed to:
- Use any commissioned product to produce merch or prints
- Use any commission product for paid content (Patreon, Ko-fi membership...)
- Resell any commissioned product
- Redistribute any commissioned product
- Edit any commissioned product

Commercial License (incurs a +100% fee per item)
Upon purchase of a Commercial license, the client is allowed to:
- Use any commissioned product on Twitch, YouTube for monetized content,
- Use any commissioned product on Social media platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc...
- Use any commissioned product to produce merch or prints
- Use any commission product for paid content (Patreon, Ko-fi membership...)
Without prior approval or an appropriate license purchase, the client is not allowed to:
- Resell any commissioned product
- Redistribute any commissioned product
- Edit any commissioned product

Extended license (incurs a +300% fee per item.)
Upon purchase of an Extended license, the client is allowed to:

- Use any commissioned product to produce merch or prints

6. Cancellation
& Refund

- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund (exclude the booking fee and platform transaction).
- No refund after the sketch confirmation.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

1. Application

- Request for a commission via the commission form.
- Provide references or detailed description of your character or concept reference.

2. Agreement

- I will reply to accept, to reject, or to clarify details on your request first.
- If accepted, I will provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.

3. Confirmation

- Confirm your commission request if you're comfortable with proceeding.
- The invoice will be sent upon confirmation.
- If no confirmation is made after 10 days, I will assume you've backed out.

4. Procedure
& Revision

- I will start on your request and provide updates. Feedback is always welcome.
- Feel free to come to my stream and give feedback when I do your commission. It can speed up the process a lot.
- WARNING! I will give you lots of updates and ask lots of questions.
- Please be mindful when requesting revisions. Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. Deadlines may also be extended depending on the nature of the revision.

5. Review

- A preview of the finished artwork will be sent to you for review.
- If there is payment remaining, this will be watermarked and sized down, for my security.

6. Delivery

- When your commission is ready, I will let you know and send you the drive link to download your files!

7. After-Sale Services
